Our Selection Process

At Bismart, we understand that each position, team, and experience is unique, so our selection process may vary depending on these factors.

Interview with HR: This initial stage is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We're interested in learning more about your professional background, motivations, and expectations, while providing you with a detailed overview of the project at Bismart. This conversation is centered around you and your skills. You're the star of the show!

Technical Assessment (depending on the role): Here is where you'll put your technical skills to the test in a more objective manner. It's time to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in practice.

Interview with a Manager/Team: Congratulations! The team is interested in getting to know you better. This is your chance to showcase how you fit into the role, address any concerns you may have, and get to know the team on a deeper level.

Once these stages are completed, if you are selected, we will reach out to you to communicate our decision and present our offer to join the team.

Throughout the process, we'll ensure to keep you informed, and you're welcome to ask us any questions you may have at any time.
